M. Ege Cansev, M. Sc. – Research Associate
M.Sc. M. Ege Cansev
Since February 2021, Ege Cansev is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Autonomous Systems of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Information Technology at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. He started to work on his doctoral studies in June 2020 at the Elastic Lightweight Robotics of Prof. Dr. Ing. Philipp Beckerle at TU Dortmund. He is currently working on the DFG funded project TRAIN.
Ege Cansev received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey, in 2017 and his M.Sc. in Control Engineering at “La Sapienza”, the University of Rome, Rome, Italy, in 2019. He completed a research internship at “Forschungszentrum Jülich” while working on his Master’s thesis.
Research interest: control theory, human-robot interaction, shared autonomy, haptic interfaces

Seminar Autonomous Systems and Mechatronics
The first seminar session will take place on April 28th. Every person who wants to participate in the seminar has to attend the first session. Final seminar presentations will be held over multiple sessions. Registered students are required to attend all sessions.
