Identification of optimization potentials in a bioreactor using fluid simulation
With the patented Tissue Regenerator, a platform is being established to further advance the automation of tissue engineering [2]. The goal of this research internship is to gain an improved understanding of temperature distribution, shear forces, and mixing processes.
Especially distributed quantities like temperature and shear forces are not 100% representable by punctual measurements. In this research internship you will lay the groundworks for a better understanding of the system by building and evaluating a fluid simulation of the system.
