Yonguxu Ren, M. Sc. – Research Associate

Yongxu Ren is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Autonomous Systems and Mechatronics at the Department of Electrical Engineering Electronics Information Technology at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg since October 2023. He is currently working on learning predictive maintenance of fleets of networked systems.

Yongxu Ren received his bachelor’s degree in new energy from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2018 and his master’s degree in mechatronics with a focus on artificial intelligence from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2023. He wrote his master’s thesis on reinforcement learning for quantum circuit compilation.

Research interest: Artificial intelligence, robotics, data analysis
