In a cooperation between the Chair of Medical Biotechnology (MBT) and ASM, an automated solution for the de- and recellularization of muscle tissue is being developed.
For the recellularization stable pH- and O2-value have to be maintained. Goal of this thesis is comissioning a pH-/O2-Sensor, integrating it into a Beckhoff PLC and implement a control algorithm.
